Nimrod Copper Shipping Policy
Orders for stock items received by 12:00 PM will ship within 1-2 business day of the order, Monday thru Friday. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified via email regarding the out-of-stock situation with an estimate of when it will be available for shipment. Normal turn-around time for out of stock items is 3-4 days.

Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped based upon the schedule listed above. Nimrod Copper Company’s business hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time.

Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via UPS services. Delivery times vary based on delivery location and what shipping method you choose at checkout. Please reference the UPS map below for transit times. If you have a rush order kindly call us at 1-866-CUFOILS and we will be glad to assist you. We strongly recommend you contacting us to avoid any confusion.

Expedited Shipping Method:
Expedited shipment methods are available at checkout. However, if you have a rush order and need expedited shipment, it is best to place your order and call Nimrod Copper’s customer service at 1-866-CUFOILS, or email us: sales@nimrodcopper.com to confirm receipt of the order and your wishes to have it expedited.

Damage in Shipment:
What to do if items are received damaged or defective?

The damage must be reported to the freight carrier at the time of delivery and documented on the carrier’s shipping documentation.  Customer is to notify Nimrod Copper immediately.

Additionally, the customer is requested to retain the original carton and if possible, photograph the damage and email the photographs and shipping documentation to Nimrod Copper for resolution with the carrier.

Shortage of Merchandise:
In the event that you do not receive product that is listed on the packing slip, please notify Customer Service at 1-866-CUFOILS as soon as possible.

Out of Stock Policy:
Occasionally, we may be out of stock of an item. In those instances, your item will be shipped once inventory is available. Customer service will contact you with the out-of-stock item information and the estimated shipping date with normal out of stock items shipping within 3-4 business days of the order.

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase if the items are unused and unopened with original packing materials, accessories and manuals. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the items are defective or damaged in shipping.  Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Special order or non-stock items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged in shipping.
