Why does my credit keep failing?

Is my credit card information stored?
We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Any credit card information is encrypted and processed through our merchant processor. We have no visibility to the information that is entered on the site when an order is placed. All credit card transactions are done via an encrypted method using the latest security protocols.

Why are there weight differences from what I ordered to what is shipped?
We go the extra mile to protect any material that leaves our doorstep so that it arrives in the condition that it was shipped. This often requires us to use extra packing material or larger boxes to protect the material from any damage in transit. UPS recently made changes to their shipping cost and not only do they charge by weight but by also will charge by the girth of the box. As a result this has elevated our shipping costs slightly, but our goal is to always deliver material that is 100% to your satisfaction and damage free.
